Creative Producer (MCR)

Spark Engine is looking for a Creative Producer to manage and deliver a wide range of video production projects.

You will be active in many areas of the business, from developing new and exciting video and animation concepts, to managing projects, ensuring deadlines are hit and budgets are adhered to. You will be looking to increase the quality and efficiency of delivered projects and be active in the development of the business. Spark Engine is a growing and ambitious video production agency and the ideal candidate will be driven, focussed, tenacious and ready to have a good time making some great work!

The Role

• Supporting the planning, development, organisation and execution of video production projects
• Collaborating with creative teams to develop video & animation concepts
• Collaborating with management team to generate new business opportunities
• Communicating with clients and managing project teams
• Planning and monitoring project budgets
• Carrying out external and internal briefings and meetings
• Coordination with external suppliers and contractors
• Ensuring projects adhere to deadlines and budgets
• Monitor and maintain the high quality output of creative

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years industry experience
• Understanding all phases of the video production process
• Negotiating skills
• Familiar with project management tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
