We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated motion designer to join our new Altrincham studio. This is a flexible in-house or remote role.
We’re in need of someone with a true eye for detail, great design skills, creative flair, who generally loves everything about video, motion, VFX and all that fun stuff. Great communication skills are essential and the ability to tackle every aspect of projects from start to finish is a must.
The Role
- Handling projects from brief to completion
- Active involvement in concept development, storyboarding, style frames etc
- Following briefs, working to schedules and hitting deadlines
- Working effectively both in a team and alone
- Creating superb 2D, 3D motion graphics to make people’s jaw drop
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years industry experience
- Expert with After Effects
- Experienced with Cinema 4D
- Experience with Octane and/or Redshift render engines
- Proficient with all Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong grasp of graphic design, typography, layout and animation theory
- Experience in a wide variety of styles, including 2D, 3D and character
- Keyboard shortcut whizz and plugin fanatic
- Someone who is eager to learn, constantly improve and strive to impress
Bonus Skills and Experience
- Character design & 2D/3D rigging
- Motion tracking
- Drawing and Illustration
- Editing in Adobe Premiere and/or Davinci Resolve
- Colour grading

What type of video content do we make? Pretty much everything. TV commercials, branded content, website videos, explainer animations, product videos, 3D animations, event videos, trailers, pre-roll ads, outdoor ads – If it moves on a screen, we do it.
