Emerson asked us to create a CGI launch video for the Branson Polaris ultrasonic welding platform. The product was still in development, so they needed a clear way to show how it worked across web, events, and global marketing. We built a full 3D visualisation that showed the system’s modular design and connected workflow.

The challenge
The Polaris system was still being engineered, so there was no physical unit to film. The team needed a visual tool that explained the design, the components, and the upgrade paths. It also had to match their brand identity while signalling that this was a step forward for their product line. The video had to work across regions and keep technical buyers engaged.

We created a full 3D product visualisation with controlled studio lighting and accurate modelling of each module. The animation showed how the system is built, how components switch out, and how the connected workflow improves efficiency. This helped their teams start clearer sales conversations and gave customers a better understanding of the platform’s value. It supported the launch across web, press, and events.
