Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Spark Engine ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services include:
• Video production
• Motion design
• CGI and 3D animation
• Creative direction
• Video strategy planning
• Content distribution support
Project Terms
3.1 Proposals and Estimates
Proposals and estimates are valid for 30 days. Costs may change if project requirements change.
3.2 Payment Terms
• 50% deposit required to start
• Remaining balance due when the project is complete
• Work outside the agreed scope is billed separately
• Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date
Intellectual Property
4.1 Client Materials
You keep ownership of all content and materials you give to us.
4.2 Final Deliverables
Once the final payment is made, you receive ownership of the agreed deliverables. This does not include:
• Third-party assets
• Our internal tools and processes
• Open-source components
• Project files not listed as deliverables
Project Management
5.1 Timeline
Project timelines depend on timely feedback, asset delivery, and approvals.
5.2 Revisions
Most projects include two rounds of revisions unless stated otherwise. Extra revisions are billed at our standard rate.
Confidentiality
We keep all project information and communication confidential.
Project Termination
Either party can end the project with 30 days’ written notice. You will be invoiced for all completed work up to the termination date.
Warranty
We warrant our work against defects for 30 days after final delivery. The warranty covers technical fixes and does not cover:
• New content
• New features
• Issues caused by third-party platforms
• Changes made by the client or third parties
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect or financial losses.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Updates do not apply to existing signed agreements.
