Emerson asked us to produce an animation that explained the MDR regulation and how their solutions support compliance. They needed clear content for internal teams, customers, and sales. The goal was to make a complex regulation simple and practical.

The challenge
MDR is dense and hard to communicate, so the biggest task was breaking it into steps people could follow. Emerson didn’t supply any previous material, so we had to build the narrative from scratch. The final animation had to cover the regulation, Emerson’s role, and the risks of non-compliance. Every scene needed to stay within strict brand rules.

The solution
We created a full explainer using motion graphics, iconography, and structured visuals. The animation presented each point in a simple sequence so viewers could understand the regulation without extra guidance. It helped teams explain MDR faster and reduced the number of support questions they were getting. The content also improved customer conversations and strengthened their internal training.
