AxiCom & GroupM asked us to film their Nexus Acceleration event and turn it into a fast, clear highlight video. They wanted content that justified the scale of the event, captured its energy, and worked for both internal and external use. The video also needed to act as evergreen content for ongoing promotion.

The challenge
The event moved quickly, with multiple speakers, tight schedules, and little room to set up shots. We had to capture the key moments without disrupting the flow of the day. The visuals needed to feel tech-focused and make use of the London backdrop. Everything had to be delivered at speed and stay true to the look of their wider brand.

We worked with the agency to confirm the running order and the parts of the event that mattered most. We filmed with Canon C70s on gimbals and tripods, using portable lighting and fast lenses with high depth of field to keep things sharp in busy spaces. We then edited the full highlight piece within a week. The final video supported internal updates, external promotion, and follow-up with clients who couldn’t attend.
